DGZ-150L Jet Grouting Drilling Rig for Road Base, Dam Base, and Retaining Wall
Introduction:
With a drill diameter of 142mm or less, the DGZ-150L drilling rig is appropriate for DG multi-tube rotary grouting construction. Hydraulic control systems that are load-sensitive and independently created electronic control systems are used. The primary hydraulic components are stable and long-lasting and come from well-known international sources. The entire machine uses an electric and hydraulic control system that is easy to use and adaptable, saving time. The structure's small size makes relocating it simple. It has a monitoring system installed. Mud volume, air volume, ground pressure, rotation speed, lifting speed, lifting and stopping distance, and wing angle are all displayed on the driller control board. It can be built using vertical technology like as full rotation and swing jet grouting, and it is applied to different soil textures.
Remark: When combined with drilling equipment, a high-pressure pump, and a mixing system, it can be utilized for DG multi-tube.
